ARRIVAL

Monday 02nd December. Participants arriving on Monday are expected for lunch.

1. By train destination Chambéry station (Challes les Eaux) and shuttle bus towards Aussois (centre Paul Langevin). The shuttle bus will await the participants at Chambéry station from 9:45 and drive them directly to the conference center. For participants from Paris, we recommend the TGV train INOUI arriving at Chambéry station at 9:36.

2. By car. Take the A43 motorway to Modane, go through the town, then follow the signs for Aussois. The Centre Paul Langevin is signposted from the centre of the village of Aussois (the Centre overlooks the village).

If possible, car-share.

DEPARTURE

Thursday 05th December.  The sessions are due to finish at 12 noon.

A shuttle bus from Aussois to Chambéry train station is planned, departure from the Cenre Paul Langevin around 1pm, for about 2h bus trip. We advise to take trains from Chambéry departing after 15h15.

Important!!!

We wish to inform participants that the number of available seats on the shuttles is strictly limited to 70. This capacity precisely matches the number of participants who have previously indicated their intention to use this mode of transportation, thus allowing for an optimization of the transport budget allocated by the GDR. Consequently, it will not be possible to accommodate additional participants on the shuttles beyond this predetermined number.
